![]() ![]() Mods should provide the most bang for the buck. This is a modlist for everybody, not specifically warriors, or thieves, or mages, or whatever. And a texture that’s upscaled with an added grunge/noise filter added to hide pixelation is not usually an improvement. Visual mods should actually improve the look and feel of the game. ![]() Mods do not get added because they are fashionable or simply to boost the mod count. Every mod added needs to serve a purpose. No matter how good a mod, if it causes CTDs or other serious issues during gameplay, it has no place on this modlist. The modlist seeks to improve Skyrim SE, not turn it into something completely different. Testing seems to also be a foreign concept.ĭifferent tastes for different people, I guess. I decided to roll my own because I was unhappy with pretty much all other modlists I tried they seem to be mostly created with the aim of throwing as many mods at Skyrim as possible, with little rhyme or reason other than a high mod count, and no consideration for consistency or sometimes even effectiveness. You can make your game look better and to your taste, but it isn't going to have all the features of an ENB Skyrim. This is my personal modlist for Skyrim Special Edition. You'd get a better looking game, but since ENB basically changes several ways the game renders, it's not going to be achievable to get the look of them. In the end, you would not get an ENB look. Changing the skyscale can make the sky look very weird and bad. I would suggest not using it's Cinematic settings however as both those lighting mods should already be affecting the imagespaces and the bloom settings in Imaginator aren't that good. Use it with whatever lighting mod you're using for even more options and customization in terms of looks. You can also use the customizer yourself, although that would take more time, naturally. In terms of looks, there are many custom configs for RLwC on the Nexus, as well as various presets available in the mod itself, so you have a ton of options to get the look you want. It's mostly because the RLwC crew have done it a lot longer, and for the sake of possible bugs or errors, RLwC is more likely to be stable. I personally always loved RCRN's look, but oh wells.Īlso my suggestion is instead of Ultrarealistic World Lighting. I have a low-end computer as well, and it will slow me down quite significantly in areas. RCRN uses basically an FXAA injector config. ![]()
